Hello World. Look, thank God for December 26 . . . of any year !!! I have never been more ready for something to be over than this Christmas stuff. Don't get me wrong, I hope all had a good holiday . . . but for those of us who see the vomit inspiring commercialism and exploitation of the whole thing . . . MOVE ON !!! Now here's to life.

Hopefully you have not spent your last dime trying to provide something for someone who could care less about what you went through to acquire such a materialistic possession. Their sense of entitlement you have absorbed by now and, in the dazed fog of obligation you give in . . . again. Hopefully you are not having over those family members who you only allow in your home during this time of year. You smile politely, and count the hours as they go by on the kitty cat clock in the kitchen.

Hopefully you own your mind this Christmas. Honoring you and your priorities, while being an example of what this is supposed to be all about anyway.

Hello World. You ever feel like you are being tested ? Life is a curvy road with all sorts of twists and turns. If we are skilled drivers, we should be able to handle the situation. However . . . it takes time to acquire the skill of driving your life. Learning to lean into the experience, is the goal.

With the end of one year comes a time for reflection. Gathering thoughts of new beginnings. May our new beginnings be of love. May our energies be maintained, nurtured, and strengthened to see our destinies through.

Hello World. Well here we are . . . wrapping up the year. Yeah we know the routine . . . "we are all blessed" and we are. But damn, there is a lot of BS going on as well, and you would have to be numb to not feel it.

I think it is appropriate to be down, depressed, grumpy, why the hell not ? The world is nuts. Totally. Bonafide nuts. Everybody is walking around mentally, emotionally, financially, and sexually fried from whatever name their stress has on it. I do not blame anyone for walking around answering lifes questions . . . " YEAH, WHAT IS IT ? !!! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT ? !!!

But, I am not bitter, just the opposite. We are blessed to be alive, to feel the stress of life, each of us chasing whatever we consciously or unconsciously choose.

That is just the point, We are all pinched by our worlds ill. So live.

Hello World. Yeah, yeah it has been a long time I know. There is so much going on in the world, sometimes you don't know where to start. No excuse. Just the real.

Horror over the holidays. This is absolutely out of control. If you know you have a problem family member . . . call this out. We can no longer put them in the spare bedroom over the garage. We must begin to face the very very uncomfortable because the kickback is often to much to bare.

If we have family members we are proud of, we boast so proudly of our doctor, lawyer, athlete etc. . . However, when we have a problem child amongst the family . . . we do all we can to avoid, ignore, deny, and get away from the problem.

I declare . . . we must shout from the rooftops, tell all we know our family member is nuts. We must start saying to all, " if you see anything weird or out of the ordinary . . . be fully warned." Feel free to call the authorities on this nutcase who happens to be my son or daughter. We must open our mouths and get involved. The revolution starts with each one of us !!!

There are many, who are raising the children of their children, without support, emotionally, financially or psychologically . . . completely overwhelmed. Somehow they garner the strength to keep going and do the very best they can.

The behavior that we see perpetuated by the kids in America, is due to the ingredients that we have put in them. The lack of education, the violence glamorized in our media, the tolerated and rewarded ignorance. Why are we surprised ?
