Hello World. I am glad to see there is a supposed truce between the Clinton and Obama campaigns, because the more I watched and listened to Mr. Bob Johnson's comments (in particular) in news reports, the more disturbing those comments became. Allow me to explain . . .

Black Americans need to have honest and intelligent dialogue about race, not ignorant code rhetoric through surrogate supporters. In the case of Mr. Johnson, the former CEO and founder of BET . . . I believe his network has done more to promote, glamorize, and serve on a platinum platter the negative imagery of black men and women. The constant "drum machine thumping" mixed with derogatory lyrics and forty ounce wielding black youth, has poisoned millions of black minds in this country.

No wonder we have failing schools. No wonder we have exploding crime rates. No wonder the black family is shattered. No wonder millions of black children, have no father in the home. These images have glamorized, heathenism, and thuggery. Where are the rap CDs promoting education, working hard at work, "hanging in" when life gets tough. You get the picture . . .

No Mr. Johnson . . . I do not want to hear from you what Mr. Obama was doing. If anything, he is an example of success in spite of all of our nations distractions. He and Michelle Obama are an example of an intact black family, and we so desperately need that in the dialog about race in America.

This is real. This is raw. This is right now. . .

Tune into www.blogtalkradio.com/theindiadeclairshow Friday 7pm CST and let's talk about it.

WOW! YOU are the real deal India. YOU HIT IT! You are right! It's sad to say, but Mr. Bob Johnson made millions and billions selling soft porn to our children and he called it Black Entertainment. How did he become the voice of the people?

Mr. Bob Johnson is allowing himself to be used to trick the black community into voting for business and politics as usual. He has been successful at misleading and manipulating black people thus far in his career so why stop now. It works for him.

Mr. Johnson is winning in his life so he does not give a d@#$ about black people winning in theirs. As we can see from Mr. Johnson's most recent actions, the only color he cares about is green.

I love your show! Keep up the great work. Jay
