Hello World. Here we go. Many truckers across this country will be parking their rigs today . . . 4.00+ a gallon diesel prices is simply the last straw. Our nations truckers are fighting for lower fuel costs, suspension of federal fuel taxes, changes in insurance applications, and countrywide uniformity in safety regulations . . . The trucking industry is at the core of our country's function.
As the stress of our very serious economic era encircles us . . . anxiety, resentment, anger, worry, can set in. Be aware and conscious of your mind and where you allow it to take you.
Stay engaged with your family, stay engaged with your partner, stay engaged with yourself . . . this is a time of much needed "healthy selfishness," Silent . . . quiet time with you. Period. If only a moment, amidst all the mania around you, be still, get quiet and breathe. Ahhh.
