Hello World. Clearly we are in a state of shift. There is change in the air. A feeling . . . an energy. We need it. Our nation feels burdened, heavy, weighted.

The intensity of living is just that . . . intense. Remaining centered and aligned is a big challenge.

Politics: This election is personal. Presidential politics of 2008 has struck a nerve and why would it not? Race, gender, generational issues, an economy in the tank, and apparently will be for some years to come. America is in debt in freakish amounts, trillions . . . trillions.

Our government and business leaders allowed CEO pay to explode, and worker pay to shrink. America's standing in the world is not very strong. We have two wars going on, Afghanistan and Iraq . . . one looks to be over funded and one looks to be underfunded. Both on borrowed money.

Media and politicians . . . obviously want to say more. . . and cannot. And we are witness to it all.

Life is good. Life is also tough.

Be. Heard.
