Hello World. Love you. Straighten your back, lengthen your torso . . . and love your body. I don't mean love your body. No . . . I mean, love . . . your . . . body. Go ahead. Look at you. Take a good long look. The one that we constantly, desperately, come up with anything rather than do . . . look.

I mean . . . when you are by yourself . . . take a long, long, long, loving, gentle, caring and empathy only, look at you. It'll be alright. Get close to the mirror . . . slowly and with respect, love, and nothing but love, stand and be. Begin saying the word "love." I know it sounds weird, and corny. Just let yourself be embarrassed and awkward. You are you, being with you. Love you. Love . . . you.

Looking in your mirror . . . (make sure the mirror is as clean as you can get, prepare) do a "love you" inventory. Look at, and love every lump. Love every bump. Love every scratch. Love every bruise. Love every stretch mark, yes . . . love every stretch mark. Love every mole. Love every freckle. Love every anything that is a part of you. With a gentle, loving, caring, empathy only, warm gaze, look lovingly, and be patient with . . . you.

Love you. Take the time. Make the time. Now, go be a fabulous you . . . from a loving, caring, respectful, accepting, and fierce root. Love . . . you.
