Hello World. When things are rough . . . a reassessment may be necessary. When things are rough . . . what was cute can begin to look a bit tired. When things are rough . . . a baby's cry can become a stress trigger. When things are rough . . . life's daily speed bumps can become major problems. When things are rough . . . on and on and on it goes.

It seems life is requiring that we reassess and get our "sea legs" ready. Get steady. Get still. Establishing and maintaining "life balance" is our constant growth exercise.

Become aware of decisions made when in a state of emotional influx. You . . . the woman, mother, and or wife, and you . . . the man, father, and or husband, are the root of your family, and need to replenish yourself and each other . . . even if only in the simplest of ways.

When things are rough . . . take time, make time . . . be patient, and love yourself and one another. When things are rough . . . be ready for the unexpected. When things are rough . . . your children will look to you for nurturing reassurance. When things are rough . . . the husband or boyfriend reveal the character, or lack thereof within. When things are rough . . .
