Business owners, depositors, and investors . . . are all making their necessary adjustments. And if we haven't . . . we most certainly . . . will.

With the "drunk" Wall Street . . . clearly sobering, we are all awakening to the horrendous hangover of a "cooked books" monetary system, and a very, very, very tight credit market.

No running to the mall for retail therapy . . . buying (on credit) those pointed toe pumps (made in China) . . . you didn't really need anyway. They would never be shipped because no credit to make the purchase order. Massive retail tombs . . . malls . . . empty.

No . . . buying (on credit) for the business owner . . . marking (made in China) goods up for us . . . the consumer to consume. No . . . credit shuffling for the investor . . . banking on the newest stock tip.

Fewer cars on car lots . . . fewer car lots. Even fewer cars sold. Fewer home loans . . . approved. Yes painful. Very painful. The reckoning.

Less of everything, may be more . . . in the long run.

A very necessary, unavoidable, and inevitable . . . shrinking of America's economy. Period. Bailout . . . or not.

So . . . We The People . . . have a credit addiction. We are going cold turkey . . . like it or not.

No easing . . . of the pain. No lessening . . . of the burden. No avoiding . . . the inconvenience.

Hello World. Well, well, well . . . an almost 800 point drop in the market today. A historic day indeed.

As the nations politicians and Wall Street executives rush to get a huge, colossal, massive, epic, horrific . . . and tragic 700 billion+ dollar legislative bill through the House of Representatives today . . . I am not on board with the big bailout.

Years of hearing "let the free market work" and "we need less government" . . . have me thinking . . . what's with the big, sudden, and immediate reversal?

President Bush, Secretary Paulson (a former Wall Streeter himself), and Chairman Bernake . . . along with the United States Government . . . is not the most confidence inducing bunch to begin with!!!

Maybe the market needs to . . . crash!!! Period. Maybe the fraudulent institutions need to be flushed . . . through absolute, without a doubt, undeniable . . . failure.

The greed, money lust, and colossal incompetence is on display for all the World to see . . . there is no where to hide.

I have a hard time believing with this bunch in charge . . . Jane and Joe America is the real motivation for the bailout in the first place.

What has already crashed . . . is the confidence in Americas finances and economy!!! Trust in the monetary system . . . and the numbers has crashed!!!

No . . . I say "let the free market work!!!" and "less government . . . " is good government!!!

Hello World. Well the first presidential debate is over . . . and it was of course very interesting.

First point . . . Senator John McCain's inability to look Senator Obama in the eye. Very strange. But . . . strange is how I would describe McCain . . . and his "wild card" ways.

Until hours before the debate . . . his utter appearance was in question. Scattered, erratic . . . and this is supposed to be presidential? Strange.

McCain was clearly . . . disconnected, angry, contentious, troll like, seething, hot air breathing (you could almost see the steam blowing from his ears) . . . what is up with this guy? Strange.

Senator Obama was connected . . . calm, stable, steady, commanding and extremely knowledgeable of World affairs!!! Period. Obama . . . looked McCain in the eye.

With America falling apart from decades of Republican led policies, including ignorant and irrational deregulation . . . looking at one of the engineers and cheerleaders of those policies and deregulation as presidential . . . is in fact very, very . . . strange and totally . . . DISCONNECTED!!!

Senator Obama . . . looked America in the eye . . . with commanding presence, wisdom and knowledge . . . he clearly and concisely . . . CONNECTED!!!

Hello World. The Palin "family" situation is relevant, and on the table . . . due to the Governor's public policies, and her willingness to accept the public and privileged position of Vice President of The United States of America.

Anti abortion, even in the horrific case of rape and incest . . . anti sexual education of our nations youth.

These policies are counter productive to America's youth. Millions of girls and young women are sick, dying, and completely overwhelmed from engaging in ignorant sex. This . . . we all know.

The basic knowledge of sexual engagement can save lives. I'm an abstinence supporter. However, in the meantime . . . let's teach our children about the proper time, place, way and why . . . of sexual activity.

The teenage pregnancy in the Governor's family, and millions of others . . . highlights the need to talk to our children about sexual imagery, and the PEER PRESSURE to engage in premature sexual activity.

Like it or not . . . regardless of the lack of comfort . . . we had better talk to our kids about sex!!! Our nations kids are targeted 24/7 by media using the effective tool of sexual stimulation to sell, sell, sell!!! And . . . it works.

PEER PRESSURE is "real, raw, and definitely right now . . ." We parents had better wake up!!! Come on parents, face the discomfort . . . and embarrassment . . . talk to your children about sex!!!

The cost of not talking . . . not educating about sex . . . is life changing.

Hello World. What a difference an election year makes. The emergency response effort for hurricane Gustav . . . is more efficient, and hopefully more effective.

It is unsettling to say the least . . . to see President Bush shaking hands of emergency personnel, with cameras rolling.

The massive failure, and horrific legacy of hurricane Katrina (three year anniversary days ago) that all Americans have to live with . . . will forever shadow any . . . and all Bush photo opportunities.

Just like the Bush/Cheney appearances at the Republican National Convention were cancelled . . . take a cue!!! Go away . . . for a very, very, very long time.

No photo opportunities . . . necessary.
