Hello World. I want to thank . . . the negatives.

As a long time weight lifter and exerciser . . . I've learned and know the long term power and value of resistance . . . training.

Lifting, squatting, pumping, running, walking, pulling, and pushing . . . are necessary parts of the game. Sweat inducing, heart thumping, muscle pumping and toning . . . resistance.

Bring it!!!

In order to get the muscles strong . . . the resistance must be strenuous. I love to get what I've referred to for years as . . . "big sweaty!!!"

And so it is with . . . the negatives. There is strength, character, tenacity, and yes . . . gold in the experience of the resistence. It's all . . . in the resistance.

Resisting the negatives . . . is a conciousness. Be patient . . . it may take time.

Never allow anyone . . . to demean, discount or belittle you. Women know this all too well . . . as we tend to do it to ourselves. It can only happen with our permission.

Don't allow it!!!

Resistance training is fabulous. It prepares us for all sorts of situations!!!
