Hello World. Wow . . . 2009 is coming at a fast and fierce pace.

Job losses. Home foreclosures. Bank failures. Investment firm failures. Political fallout. Alleged "ponzi scheme" scandals. Crime . . . blue, and white collar . . . off the charts. And on . . . and on . . . and on.

With all of that going on . . . we still have our personal lives, family lives, and professional lives. Hmmm. When times are tight . . . taking a good look around seems normal.

Personal assessments . . . personal inventory . . . a recession/depression assessment becomes . . . mandatory.

Those that have "latched on" . . . become obvious.

Initially . . . they may have been a casual friend, or professional liaison . . . or intimate other. However, in the clarity of a good personal assessment . . . there agenda becomes very clear.

Are you aware of someone who "latches on . . . ?" How have you handled someone who has latched on . . . ? Are you a blunt reactor . . . ? Are you a people pleaser and . . . don't want to hurt any ones feelings . . . ? The latch(er) . . . has had an agenda all along.
