Hello World. With the health care issue in full force . . . one cannot help but wonder what the end product will be.

But whatever happens with health care insurance reform . . . the plight of the American populous and our nations youth re our personal health must be addressed . . . aggressively!!!

We simply are going to have to eat better, move more, and save our nations children from a life of obesity and so many ailments that arise from it.

We The People must get off our duffs, and get buff, and yes expect it to be very rough stuff!!!
I couldn't help it . . . (love the rhyming)!!! Let us look to ending the era of feeding ourselves and our children toxic food.

I know it's not easy (boy do I know) but, we simply must:
