The illegal immigration has a definite root to it.

Have our legislative policies contributed to the overall, and overwhelming mess . . . of illegal immigration . . . ?

Is it fair to demand law enforcement absorb the uncertainty created by failed and various forms of legislation . . . ? Doesn't this law put law enforcement in an "unwinnable" situation?

Take a good look around you. The businesses you do business with; is there an invisible or shadowed labor pool . . . ? How has legislation and the implementation of failed policy contributed to this legitimately troubling and unsettling situation . . . ?

The issue of illegal immigration is serious, and (whether we like it or not) emotional. It should be addressed in a comprehensive and humane manner.

Comprehensive immigration reform is the only way to address this issue long term.
