The Gulf Coast BP Deepwater Horizon horrific, and historic disaster is the most amplified opportunity to talk about what is underneath oil rigs everywhere, our apparent unquenchable (and possibly unknown) . . . consumer thirst for petroleum products.
We The People have a robust, maybe even gluttonous appetite for oil, and the products made from this most precious of commodity!!!
Can we look at our We The People 20million barrel a day habit for the thick and the slick?!! Oil powers 250million cars in America. The petroleum base product list is seemingly infinite.
Oil is an interwoven component to our daily lives . . . and apparently until we dial down our mass appetite for the products made from this commodity . . . we seem to be stuck with the thick and the slick. Period. Now what . . . ?
Isn't the underlying issue, the voracious consumer demand for products petroleum based?
Yet another compromised, and corrupted system exposing . . . in intrinsic swirl, and dance of supplying the must be modified demand.
