Clearly, Mrs. Bush has the gravitas to bring sanity to what has been insane press fascination with Sarah Palin.

It's been reported, Mrs. Bush said while appearing on Larry King Live "I think she's very happy in Alaska, and I hope she'll stay there."

Mrs. Bush is the most prominent, but not the only power conservative to 'push back' on Palin.

Thank you Mrs. Bush for bringing sanity to what can only be described as an insane political season.
