Fast forward to now. Yesterday, The United States Senate passed The Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2010 (H.R. 4853) . . . by a vote of 81 to 19 in favor. This budget busting boondoggle is being crammed down the throats of the American People.

Hurry, hurry, hurry, and pass this legislation.

According to congressional members there has been no study of economic impact, no markup, no CBO score, and a lack of running this massive taxation package past the public scrutiny it should be subjected to.

Public scrutiny on issues as the 2% payroll tax holiday, and how it will impact Social Security.

My point is legislation costing a whopping, and borrowed $2 trillion, as H.R. (4853) The Middle Tax Relief Act of 2010 does . . . should not be shoved down the throat of the American People.
