Watching the memorial "Together We Thrive in Tucson, and America," a wonderful tribute paid to those Americans we lost, honoring those who survived, and those who heroically prevented even more carnage . . . tears flowed as prayers floated.

Thank you President Obama . . . your graceful, and heartfelt words so touched a deeply wounded nation, and helps begin the long process of healing.

As the President broke news while addressing the nation at the memorial . . . telling the world Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford's "opened her eyes" today . . . maybe, just maybe we American's will open our eyes as well.

Let us treat each other with respect, decency, and . . . humanity.
