While power walking, and jogging today I could not help but observe the elegant mysterious calm of nature. The whispering of tree leaves, the majesty of natures breezes, the beautiful golden glow of the gracious sun as she sets . . . the harmony and symphonic blessing of body movement.

Sucking, and blowing. Pushing, and pulling. Walking, and jogging. Reaching, and stretching. Feeling, and releasing . . . in harmony . . . in mother nature symphonic movement.

ENJOY ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS HARMONIOUS AND SYMPHONIC . . . MAJESTY OF BODY MOVEMENT!!!

Never take body movement for granted. It is a gracious privilege to observe, and take part in the beauty of Mother Nature and movement of our human bodies.
