Today, Standard & Poor's has downgraded the 'U.S. debt outlook to negative.' The debt outlook was 'stable' prior to this latest news.

Damn.

Doesn't the S&P has a credibility problem? Wasn't the S & P one of the ratings agencies who said many entities in the housing crisis had sound and stellar credit ratings as well?

Regardless, the report out today that America's debt outlook is downgraded to 'negative' is some seriously scary ----!!!

Some are writing of an 'inevitable default,'others have taken an apparent 'pro default' posture, and perspective . . . WOW!!!
