Wow, what a presser just delivered by Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX.). Where do you start?
Talk about “Kiss My Ass Conservatism!” Gov. Perry would “slash the Dept. of Education, by half,” just for starters!
Gov. Perry is not shy about sharing the lengths he will go to for the WEALTHIEST of the wealthy. Bye bye capital gains taxation, dividend taxation, corporate taxation would be starved as well, Social Security would be privatized, a flat tax would be implemented, loopholes galore, and on top of that massive spending cuts!
Republicans have evolved or devolved into a blood, and war thirsty, anti woman, anti gay, anti Teacher, anti Police Officer, anti Firefighter,anti education, anti average American worker, anti average American, anti Immigrant, anti Health Care, anti EPA, anti clean water, anti regulation, anti the 99% movement. Anti everyone except… the wealthiest of the wealthy.
We haven’t forgotten about the “N—-”Ranch. This is so tantalizingly stratospherically GROSS!
Now… Gov. Perry must be in a state of utter desperation w/the birther NONSENSE, saying: “It’s fun to poke at [President Obama] a little bit, and say, how about, ‘Let’s see your grades and your birth certificate.”
This is the best America can do? Is Rick Perry (or any of these Republican Presidential candidates) the best representation of Republican leadership in America?
How do you win with this type of strategy? Let’s be against everyone except our top donors… and to HELL with everyone else? How is this strategy a winning platform: gutting, slashing, and burning all government to the ground except the government that protects the wealthiest of the wealthy.
Is America this ignorant to seriously consider these folks as leaders of the free world?
