Meanwhile . . . fuel prices are at unprecedented highs, thousands are losing their homes daily, food prices are rising higher, and quantities dwindling. Utility expenses are higher than ever, with no end in sight anytime soon. War(s), joblessness . . . and on and on and on. Not to mention the brutal violence that takes place every day in this great nation.

Media created controversy for the sake of controversy in an attempt to divide the cultures into an emotional swirl . . . is a tired and obvious attempt to distract. Our nation is confronting major issues. We deserve better than tabloid, blathering, media vessels.

Senator Barack Obama is running for President, not Jeremiah Wright. The polarization of recent events will require Senator Obama to rise and transcend the current fervor. Bringing the folk together, is the order of the era.

Hello World. Page three. The Sean Bell case is disturbing for so many reasons . . . My condolences to the Bell family, and all families involved in this terrible tragedy. May you find some peace, and justice in all of this.

Our lives are not valued by the authorities, our lives are not valued by our own. Blacks must be honest about what we are doing to ourselves. We tolerate gangs, hoodlum lifestyles, drug selling in our communities, we buy into the glamorization of violence and loose non committed sex. "So called" entertainers, serve us this imagery, constantly, by profit thirsty moguls who don't give a damn about you, or your children's well being.

We shoot, kill, denigrate and destroy each other, and we know it. We impregnate, and walk away with no hesitation, and we know it. We let our children grow without taking their brain formation seriously, and we know it. Mommas, you have them at home from birth to at least 5 years of age. Children should know basic primary skills: spelling, counting, colors and shape formation, and you know it. Instead, we sit their brilliant, fresh, innocent, absorbing, minds in front of the slut/thug box, better known as T.V., and we know it. Or we choose the audio version of slut/thug 101, better known as "so called" music, and let it poison their little brilliant brains, and we know it.

Until we take our own lives, children and communities seriously . . . don't expect to be taken seriously from anyone else. We had all better know it.

Merriam Webster defines to be pimped as: "to make use of often, dishonorably, for ones own gain or benefit." This is a sad and tragic puzzle. That fits.

What are we doing to our children? Web intelligence at birth, we must protect them from their own capabilities, with nurture and discipline. I have seen websites for little girls, and it is frightening. Tart and slut 101. They are being "pimped." Remember, to be pimped is . . . "to make use of often, dishonorably, for one's own gain or benefit." Sites for boys are brutal and constantly desensitizing. Pimped.

Have we all been pimped? Are we pimping ourselves? Are we aware of our contribution to the pimping. I know these issues are complex and multi layered. We are waking up, and need to be strong and aware for our children, because they are definitely being pimped.

Hello World. North American What? . . . Yesterday, in New Orleans . . . The President's of America and Mexico, and the Prime Minister of Canada, met quietly and behind closed doors regarding The North American Union. This is called the "The Security and Prosperity Partnership."

Hello World. Page three. Over 30 people shot this past weekend in Chicago, Illinois. Many were fatalities. Parents, after school on any day of the week, do you know where your children are?

Many of our nations children and teenagers are falling victim to gang violence and drugs. This leads them to the prison industrial complex . . . if their lucky. Our kids are dying, and taking innocent victims with them.

Toleration of poor academic skills, girls and women having too many kids with a variety of fathers, families in complete overwhelm, a lack of parental involvement, the ignorant belief of not needing a man in the home, and on and on and on. Women have been sold and told the imagery of the single mother. Listen, I love my momma bears out there, but the best mother cannot be a father. Young children need the love, firm hand, and solid structure of fathers.

Our nation is reaping the sewn seeds of easy access to pu--y, loose to no morality, and an absolute lack of structure. Truth is the only way. I know these issues are complex and multi layered, but we had better damn well deal with the brutality of this dangerous era. If not we all lose, too many already have.

Here we go again . . . another group of girls, teenagers . . . beats a classmate, videotapes, and posts on the web. Women, I am strictly talking to you right now . . .

Whatever self hating, loser feeling, pity absorbing, negative thinking, thoughts you live by, are being passed onto your offspring. They have all that, and their own as well. All they know is the gravity of your stress and self hatred. Get aware.

I don't blame you though, it's how we are molded to become. Retail sheep. We are taught to be infinite consumers, (can anyone tell me why a handbag is 5000.+) Who we are is what we wear, how big our breasts, how curvy our ass, how long our legs, how long our hair, how flat our stomach, how thin our thighs, how big our lips, how tan our skin, how cool our car, how smooth our house, how hot our bag, and on and on and on . . .

We have all been bamboozled. Women in particular. Men are screwed up too . . . how tough they are, how athletic they are, how much money they have, how cool there car is, how fly the wardrobe is, gotta have the hair just right, how Italian are your shoes, how deep is your pension, and on and on and on . . .

Who do we think we are fooling? It would be funny . . . if it wasn't so tragic. Our Children "look like" complete idiots, "are" complete idiots, there behavior is a vivid expression of how off our game is as parents.

I believe we have come to a point where we should be able to say. . . If you as a woman do not want children, are not willing to commit emotionally and provide them with the nurturing required to raise a healthy human being . . . please do not have them. Women please. If you have them . . . then raise them. Please . . .

Many girls of our nation are angry, ill informed, coddled, non disciplined, uneducated, no respect for religion, no modesty(you can forget that one!!!), and need to be attended to. The two words "attention" and "deficit", mean the lack of nurturing attention . . . kids require nurturing attention.

Kids should not have the opportunity to go beat up anyone. Mom,dad, uncle, brother, and whoever else you have, fills that gap of opportunity. This is where the scattered and shattered family comes into play. This is where the kid falls through. No family net to catch the kid. Kid falls to the street, and the behavior of the street. This happens on all economic levels.

Look, parents . . . we have a problem. We are past the point of being embarrassed. We cannot afford the luxury of being embarrassed any longer. Embarrassment is a luxury we simply cannot afford. Our kids are angry and violent . . . and we need to call it out.

Hello World. Senator McCain choosing Dr. Condoleeza Rice as a tactic to boost his Presidential bid . . . won't be enough. I have tremendous respect for Dr. Rice and her story . . . however the shadow of George W. As I listen to his oratory, and feel the passion and faith in his words . . . my mind drifts to the chaos in "our" neighborhoods, schools, communities, and cities of our Great Nation.

Dr. King was such a young, passionate, and intelligent man. So sound in his faith and vision . . . he was the voice of the "new generation" of his era. New generation . . . this is where we are today. I can almost see Dr. King passing the baton to the new generation.

Our nations truckers are fighting for lower fuel costs, suspension of federal fuel taxes, changes in insurance applications, and countrywide uniformity in safety regulations . . . The trucking industry is at the core of our country's function.
